Hey Gorgeous! My name is Jacquetta , mostly known by "Quetta" and "JC."
For over 20 years, I have been blessed to serve others and maintain a steady clientele since becoming a beginner stylist/shampoo assistant at the age of 19 years old. Since then, I have thrived in the beauty industry and was able to give my clients and others a new home away from home.
